MigrationHow does zero-downtime website migration work?

We first move the site as a trial, test it, and only then switch the DNS. We keep an eye on availability, email and search rankings. Migration is free with our core plans.

AuditHow does the free website speed audit work?

Send us your website address. We measure speed, server response and hosting configuration, and within a few days you get a report with findings and a proposed fix. Free, no strings attached.

ResponseHow fast do you respond to requests?

Monitoring watches the servers around the clock, and administrators respond to outages 24/7. Most routine requests are resolved within a few hours, not in two business days like elsewhere.

BackupsHow do you back up my data?

Automatically, with long-term and short-term data backups. We store backups off your server, so we can restore your data no matter what happens to it. Backups are included in our core plans.
